In carrying out its mission, the CRC establishes relationships and builds coalitions with ethnic, racial, religious, governmental and civic organizations and the media.

Our Goals

• To maintain strong American support for Israel
• To educate and involve Jews in political activism and advocacy
• To build relationships within the Jewish community and the general community.

Our Activities

• Coordinate with area synagogues and organizations the annual Tikkun Olam Day held on a Sunday, in December.
• Host annual Elected Official’s Power Breakfast in December.
• Respond, as needed, to events affecting the Jewish community here and around the world.

Interfaith Relations
The Federation, through the Community Relations Committee, is active in promoting Israel and dialogue between the Jewish community with non-Jewish denominations. more

National Concerns
There are many "national" issue-areas with which the Federation concerns itself.  Many of these are specific local issues, but some stem from national priorities.
