Provides home care and case management services to elderly and disabled adults throughout Broward County. Services include homemaker, respite, personal care and live-in care.  The disabled adults receive home delivered meals, emergency response system, adult daycare and medical supplies, in addition to the in-home services.

Mission Statement:
To enable the elderly and disabled adults of Broward County to live independently at home with dignity.
